1. Scope of Services

Design Square Nets provides custom measurement, precision laser fabrication, and professional dust-free installation of mosquito screening systems (including Frame-type, Pleated Accordion, Sliding Shutters, Velcro Mesh, Roller Cassettes, Magnetic Screens, uPVC Stainless Steel, and Collapsible screens) for residential homes, apartments, villas, and commercial properties across Bangalore.

2. Doorstep Site Visits & Measurement

• Free Doorstep Measurement: We offer 100% free doorstep site visits across Bangalore neighborhoods (including BTM Layout, HSR, Koramangala, Whitefield, JP Nagar, Yelahanka, Electronic City, and Indiranagar) with physical frame powder-coating and mesh samples.
• Quotation Accuracy: Formal quotes are calculated based on actual measured square footage and chosen system specifications (mesh type, frame thickness, tracks). Quotations remain valid for 30 days.

3. Custom Laser Fabrication & Cancellations

Every mosquito net shutter, pleated screen cassette, and frame is custom-fabricated in our Bangalore facility to exact laser measurements. Fabrication commences immediately upon order confirmation and advance payment. Because items are custom-made to your specific window dimensions, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once material cutting has started.

4. Pricing & Payment Policy

• All prices quoted during site measurement include custom fabrication, high-grade hardware, brush seals, and professional installation.
• An advance deposit is collected upon order placement, with the remaining balance due immediately upon completion of site installation and customer inspection.
• Accepted payment methods include UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), direct NEFT/RTGS bank transfers, and cash.

5. Installation & Site Readiness

The customer agrees to provide clear access to all window, door, and balcony openings on the scheduled installation date. Our technicians operate with dust-free tools and clean up installation debris upon completion.

6. Warranty Protection & After-Sales Support

Design Square Nets backs all installations with warranty coverage on structural aluminium frames, powder-coating finish, sliding roller tracks, and mesh tensioning cords against manufacturing defaults. Warranty does not cover accidental physical tear, intentional vandalism, external structural building damage, or harsh chemical corrosion.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal claims or disputes regarding services supplied by Design Square Nets shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
